Mike O’Malley has worked to keep people out of the criminal justice system through early intervention and diversion centers, and he is committed to ensuring that individuals with behavioral health concerns receive proper treatment. treatment outside of the criminal justice process and within the behavioral health system. Additionally, he was the first County Prosecutor in Ohio to adopt a fatal use of deadly force policy.
