Jessica Holmes (D) is an attorney and has been commissioner for the Wake County Board of Commissioner since 2014. She is running to be state Labor Commissioner to continue her advocacy for workers, fighting for training and job opportunities, for the implementation of a paid parental leave policy, and a living wage policy.
