Andrew Warren (D) is running for reelection to continue serving as State Attorney for Florida’s 13th Judicial Circuit, serving Hillsborough County.

In his first term as State Attorney, Warren has advocated for progressive criminal justice reform. He has successfully:

  • Overseen a 69% reduction in the number of cases where children are tried as adults.
  • Created new courts to work with people with mental health issues who have found themselves in the criminal justice system
  • Set up processes allowing judges to waive excessive fines and fees.
  • Established the county’s first Conviction Integrity Unit dedicated to exonerating innocent people. So far the unit has overturned over 18 wrongful convictions.

This election season, reelect Andrew Warren for Hillsborough County State Attorney. You must be a registered voter to participate in this election. Register to vote today or check your registration below.

Vote early to avoid lines and wait times at the polls. In person early voting begins Oct. 19. You can also cast a ballot safely and securely by voting by mail as soon as possible. Any voter can request an absentee ballot without an excuse. Hillsborough county will be mailing absentee-ballot applications to all voters, but you can also request one online. 

Election day polling locations will open on November 3 from 7 AM to 7 PM. Remember to bring an acceptable photo ID to the polls. Find your nearest polling place and voting hours by visiting the Hillsborough County Supervisor of Elections website.
